SWITCHING TRANSFORMER GENERAL TESTING EQUIPMENT IKD2000SW-13C Description
This equipment is designed to provide a series of testing, i.e., withstanding voltage, insulation resistance, impulse, transformation ratio (13 circuits at maximum), polarity (13 circuits at maximum) inductance and leakage inductance testing and judgement on switching and low frequency transformers. A DCR test can optionally be supported.
The system is equipped with two sets of test terminals (right and left) which provide a STAND-BY function. During testing, one of the two sets is free and ready to connect to the transformer subsequently tested (The STAND-BY function by change-over between right and left). The withstanding voltage testing and insulation resistance testing can be done on any windings. The system is equipped with CORE CONTACT CHECK function to assure that the testing be accurately done on core. The controller can store 256 different programs. The system can further be set up as a testing system according to functions and purposes. Equipped with switching units in the rack, this system is a compact and improved version of the standard system.
